RYOKAN SW Rods – Casting & Spinning
The RYOKAN SW lure rods represent a major turning point in the evolution of the Sakura ranges. Dedicated to lure fishing at sea, their performance has been significantly improved compared to previous generations in this same segment, particularly in terms of the weight of the blanks and the equipment these rods have.
By using IM30T carbon layups on their blank, we have managed to reduce the weight of the rods by up to 30% compared to similar models in this price range. These rods are impressive in terms of comfort, robustness and sensitivity.
The blanks of the RYOKAN SW rods are carefully made from IM30T carbon modulus layers which provide very good sensitivity and remarkable robustness while significantly lightening the blank. On the butt, you will notice the crossed carbon layers "WCF" which provide reinforcement and aesthetics to these rods.
Balance: One of the strong points of this range is the balance of the blanks of our RYOKAN SW rods which allows you to fish comfortably, by giving the right action to your lure, then detecting the slightest bite. When your reel is installed, the balance point is located at the handle .
IM30T Carbon: with a controlled and precisely calculated resin rate, the blanks offer lightness, balance and remarkable sensitivity while maintaining a high level of robustness. Depending on the model, IM24T and HM40T carbon layers are judiciously arranged with those of IM30T and positioned to avoid ovalization and twisting of the blank under effort and offer more precision and distance when casting .
RYOKAN SW rods are equipped with Fuji Slim O-Ring K-tangle Free anti-tangle guides, with curved frame, which prevent braid curling during casting and in windy conditions. A serious asset at a very good price-quality ratio.
