You can purchase your items online and pick them up at our street store or ship them directly to your doorstep. Shipping is free on orders over £200 (United Kingdom Only) Please note Rods and Long Items over £200 being shipped to Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey and Isle of man will incur a £30 postage cost, Smaller Parcels If Applicable will leave with royal mail 61cm Max length, if your order is over £500 Postage will be free. Our shopping cart is totaly secure and is held on a secure server. Card payments are taken by our secure payments provider, Lightspeed Payments. This system is in-line with the latest best practise and your card details are not submited to, or held by, Weymouth Angling Centre.
At Weymouth Angling we endeavor to process and dispatch your orders as quickly as possible and orders placed before 12 noon are normally dispatched the same day. Items sent With DHL Courier should be with you the within two Working after ordering. Please refer to your Tracking number sent via email to track any order. This is easier than calling us, as we operate a very busy store and not all calls can be answered straight away. On extreme occasions orders can take longer due to adverse weather, strikes or other extreme circumstances. We do apologize if any order arrives late, please note this is out of our hands. For an item to be classed as missing it must be 10 working days before we can put a claim in.
All orders include UK VAT at 20%.
Most of our products come with a full manufacturer’s warranty against manufacturing defect, normally for 12 months from the date of purchase. Please note this warranty only covers faults caused by manufacturing defect and will not cover any faults which are a result of neglect, misuse, modification or general wear and tear. If a product becomes faulty during use please contact us and we will advise you how to make a warranty claim. (This does not affect your statutory rights).
Most Fishing rods are not meant to be forced together, spigots are designed to wear overtime. If a rod becomes stuck by it being forced together, this will be classed as negligence and no refunds will be given.
