Tsuriken Egista BTB Shallow Squid Jig

he Tsuriken Egista BTB Shallow combines the outstanding casting performance of the Egista BTB system with a slower sinking action designed for fishing shallower water and giving squid more time to attack the lure.

The built in BTB weight transfer system moves the internal weight towards the rear during the cast, helping the lure achieve excellent distance and a stable flight. When the lure hits the water, the weight automatically returns to its fishing position and is held securely in place by a powerful magnet.

This allows the Egista BTB to begin fishing effectively as soon as it enters the water while maintaining a stable falling posture and controlled action.

The Shallow version has a slower fall rate of approximately 5.7 seconds per metre, making it particularly useful when fishing over shallower ground, working higher in the water column or when a slower, more controlled presentation is required.
