Varivas Sabikis Super Feathers are highly effective genuine Japanese sabiki lures are tied exclusively for VMO to our specifications for UK fishing.
The use of real fish skin combined with hand selected white feathers give the Varivas Sabikis an almost life like appearance in the water. Luminous paint on the head and a luminous bead add to the appeal.
The Varivas Sabikis are suitable for use from either boat or shore and we have had numerous reports of anglers catching on Varivas Sabikis whilst those around them have been struggling. They are well worth having for those days when fish are hard to tempt and you need something to give you the edge.
They are deadly for mackerel but this is only part of the story as they will also tempt a huge variety of other species. The addition of bait boost their species appeal even more and one customer reported winning a species comp with 16 species ranging from dragonet to a 25lb+ conger all caught on a single string of Varivas Sabikis!
Sabikis are tied on 50lb (0.63mm) mainline with 25lb (0.44mm) snoods. There is a high quality swivel on the top and a matching clip swivel to the bottom to take the sinker.
Each string has 6 hooks and they can be fished as they are or if preferred you can cut them in half to give two strings of three lures.
